Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hana — Kura Cares AI Assistant(“Hana”, “the App”), provided by McCall IT Solutions Limited (Auckland, New Zealand). By signing in to or otherwise using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & access
The App is provided to authorised staff and contractors of Kura Cares for internal use only. Access is granted by an administrator and may be revoked at any time.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kuracares.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Permitted use
You may use the App only for the legitimate operations of Kura Cares. You agree not to:
- access or attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorisation;
- use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App;
- use the App to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- interfere with the App’s normal operation or security controls.
4. Google data
When you connect a Google account, the App accesses Gmail, Drive, and Calendar data on your behalf strictly as described in our Privacy Policy. All write actions require your explicit approval inside the App before they take effect. You may disconnect your Google account at any time.
5. AI-generated content
The App produces drafts, summaries, and suggestions using large language models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every proposed action before approving it. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Service availability
The App is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may suspend the service for maintenance or in response to security incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, McCall IT Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if your organisation’s engagement with us ends. On termination, you may export any data you contributed; thereafter your account is deactivated and stored data is removed according to our retention policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
