Hana — Kura Cares Assistant

Hana is an internal AI assistant used by authorised Kura Cares Charity staff to help draft email replies, schedule meetings, and triage their inbox.

Hana integrates with each staff member’s Google account (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) on an opt-in basis, and every action that would send an email, edit a file, or change a calendar event requires explicit human approval inside the app before it executes.
